I was sitting here getting an oil change when a customer came frantic because she was having trouble with her Jeep! She was traveling by herself with her two dogs. They made her feel at home help her get the the two kennels and dogs out bring them and help her take care of them like it was their own. Great customer experience with great customer service! When I got to the shop I was so flustered and scared and immediately the woman at the front desk spoke with my mom and calmed me down and made me feel better. I was driving from Texas to Pennsylvania and my car happened to break down in Tennessee. They were SUPER friendly with my dogs, helped me walk them and invited them in to stay in the shop and let me stick by them in the back. Everything was quick and easy. I loved their compassion and how understanding they were about me being in a completely different state. Definitely recommend. If I’m ever in Jackson Tennessee again I’d definitely go there to get my car looked at.

I didn't know this was available, but when I needed to look up their number on line-I saw the opportunity to leave a review and so here goes. I have lived in Jackson since 1984 when I came here to go to school at Union. Of course, I have needed mechanic work and always routine maintenance. When I started with the Ragan's at Old Hickory, I was absolutely so pleased with their attention to me understanding what was needed on my vehicles. I never felt like they were just out trying to make money. Rita and Anne at the front are always great to work with, but the boys doing the work are also so pleasant and full of knowledge. I can honestly tell you that I have no idea if they charge more than others because I don't care. It is so nice knowing that you are valued as a customer and that means a whole lot to me! I also love, love, love the commercials. My favorite person is Michael. I can text him and he always gets back to me regarding just regular oil changes. I just can't say enough about this entire business. Great people and great service!
