I didn't know this was available, but when I needed to look up their number on line-I saw the opportunity to leave a review and so here goes. I have lived in Jackson since 1984 when I came here to go to school at Union. Of course, I have needed mechanic work and always routine maintenance. When I started with the Ragan's at Old Hickory, I was absolutely so pleased with their attention to me understanding what was needed on my vehicles. I never felt like they were just out trying to make money. Rita and Anne at the front are always great to work with, but the boys doing the work are also so pleasant and full of knowledge. I can honestly tell you that I have no idea if they charge more than others because I don't care. It is so nice knowing that you are valued as a customer and that means a whole lot to me! I also love, love, love the commercials. My favorite person is Michael. I can text him and he always gets back to me regarding just regular oil changes. I just can't say enough about this entire business. Great people and great service!

I would like to thank Old Hickory Car Care! We were in Jackson on a three day weekend for Fathers Day. We started to leave Monday morning, my Tahoe just started running terrible, it was knocking and shaking! I didn't know what in the world could be wrong. So, naturally I took it to the Chevy dealer. BIG mistake! After they had it all day, they call at 4:30 in the afternoon to say they thought it was a stuck lifter. But they didn't have the time to do the diagnostics to be sure! My son, Dallas Rush, called Old Hickory. They took it in that late in the day and got right on it first thing the next morning. It took a while for the mechanic to find exactly what the problem was, but he didn't quit until he knew for sure. I can't say enough good about him! He was great! I am ashamed to say I didn't get his name, my husband and son did all the dealings with him. But, Mr. Mechanic, you know I talking about you! Thank you so much! We are back home now, the Tahoe is running great! Thanks again, I and my family will be loyal customers from now on! - Kim H.
